Choco-LOT!

Sometimes, for us vegans, it's hard to get all the cute valentine's day's chocolates we want. So that's why i made it my mission, this valentine's day, to make cute, vegan, tasty choclates! So i ran to the store and bought a few candy molds, and ingredients, and went to work! The first chocolates i made were chocolate hearts, with a peanut inside and pink sprinkles on top. Then i made some candy bars. For these i used a cookie pan with cute v-day designs. These were chocolate bars with crushed peanuts and pink sprinkles in the middle. after those, i made peanut butter cups, but the peanut butter middle was to liquid-y, so i melted the peanut butter cups and mixed the peanut butter and chocolate together and re-poured them into my PB cup molds. and they turned out great! then i had a few failures. i melted my vegan marsh mellows and  poured them into my molds, then put chocolate on top and let them chill, but the problem was, they didn’t come out easy. but i eventually got them out. i also got these super cute little valentine’s day boxes, which i got at Jo-ann’s for pretty cheap. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Happy Halloween! today i didn't make anything, i wanted to just eat candy:) here are the delish vegan candies i ate.

and today's also the very last day of Vegan MoFo. it has been a fun and very vegan month. until next year all you vegan mofoers!

hoorray! tomorrow's halloween! i have this great recipe from Vegan Desserts By Hannah Kaminsky, for candied apple cookies, so i might make that or pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.

whooooooo, these scary good cupcakes are my own recipe! the cake is a chocolate chip pumpkin cake with cinnamon spice frosting! and the are definitely going to be in my cookbook! and, yes, i piped the frosting, i am so happy how these turned out! also i used some spooky-cute cupcake liners that my grandma gave me, with cats, and other spooky things on them!

teal nail day!

yummy chocolate chip-less cookies!

yesterday i was at first gonna make chocolate chip cookies but, we were out of choco chips! so i made the recipe with very few choco chips and it turned out pretty great:) and i had leftover frosting, so i altered it a little and made cookie sandwiches with frosting in the middle!
unfortunately the recipe i used is a secret family recipe, sorry. but i can give you another recipe for choco chip cookies from cok.net!

wow. what. a. long. weekend!
first i made snickerdoodles, then i made about 36 cupcakes and then i went out and ate lava cake! and it was also my my birthday! yay!

Vegan MoFo, day 6 horray!

day 6, of Vegan MoFo. i didn't do any baking, buuuuuut i did eat all vegan! (surprise, surprise) :D

Veg MoFo Day 4!

Yay! yesterday i made brownies!:D
the recipe is in the recipe section, BUT the recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar. i would use 1 1/2 cup, maybe even 1 1/4 cup. but they are still VERRRY yummy! be sure not to stir to much, or you won't get to taste the yummy moistness and fudgyness:)

Vegan Mofo- day 2!

yay! i made it, now only 28 more days to go!;)
here's something shocking, Trader Joe's Joe's O's, aren't vegetarian! they have a vitamin D that is derived from sheep wool. and Silk soymilk is made by one of the biggest dairy industries, Dean Foods.
